H.I.I.T. High Intensity Interval Training is our most popular class. We use timed circuit training stations to give you the most bang for your buck. Ski ergs, Air bikes, kettle bells, battle ropes, you name it! Circuits are timed so the level of intensity is up to you. All levels welcome!
