We all know HIIT is the name of the game, so meet our new class - REVStrength. 45 minutes of endurance building intervals, paired with multiple arm tracks. This ride will not only challenge you physically, but will strengthen your mind from the inside out. You'll leave feeling energized, strong, and empowered. Know before you go

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class to get signed in, get a quick tour, and set up on your bike.
  • Wear socks and sneakers for cycling classes. You can cycle with sneakers or rent their cycle shoes (limited sizes available so make sure to bring your sneakers).
  • If you are running late, please note that 3 minutes before class start, your spot may be given away if there are others waiting.

REV Cycle houses 45 bikes in a beautiful 2,600-square-foot facility. Their best-in-Baltimore Instructors will lead you beyond your mental and physical limits.
