Class Overview

Each class starts with a warm up to prepare the body (& mind); as well, to review the fundamentals of the Pilates Method; incorporates use of breath; activating deepest core muscles & finding stability in the low back, hips, ribs, shoulders & neck. The traditional flow created by Joseph Pilates follows. Exercises are demonstrated with all levels of students in mind - with sequential layering of difficulty as well modifications suggested. A whole body workout.

  • Sticky socks required for all Equipment Classes (available for purchase for $15)
  • Please arrive early for class - you will not be admitted into class after 10 minutes.
