Class Overview

Joan Lorentz Park, @Blue Bikes on Broadway, CAM A class oriented around building and developing the self-evaluation skills to be able to transition from the student mindset to that of an “everyday practitioner”. This class is open to a wide range of fitness and ability levels, but is targeted at students that have some parkour experience and comfort with the basic terminology (2+ months of training). The topics will range between specific skill, concept, and combination breakdowns. All classes are taught by ADAPT certified coaches.
