BAGS | technique is an interval-based heavy bag class that focuses on teaching boxing fundamentals. Class will incorporate boxing combinations, proper footwork, and technique drills to take your boxing training to the next level. This 50 minute class emphasizes teaching boxing technique and conditioning.
