Dedham location: Infrared Heated Himalayan Salt Studio All levels Vinyasa Yoga with Ellen: Join us for an all-levels accessible yet challenging warm vinyasa flow yoga class. This class combines breath and movement for a classic, yet always different, yoga experience. We use standing, seated and lying poses, balance and stretches. New students as well as advanced practitioners will enjoy this guided flow which will help students build strength and flexibility as well as physical and emotional resilience.
