  • Clean indoor sneakers are required for classes (Sculpt and Sweat X Sculpt are the only formats performed barefoot, grippy socks are optional)

STUDIO OVERVIEW

FIT Ritual specializes in high-energy, total body workouts that are 45-minutes or less and strategically programmed to allow you to make the most of your time. STRENGTH, SCULPT & SWEAT are their 3 main formats built around functional strength training, mat pilates, barre, and HIIT. You'll be consistently challenged throughout, and they guarantee you'll leave feeling fatigued yet so damn accomplished!  Their top-notch instructors help guide the workouts for all levels, with options to modify or advance based on fitness level, injury, or pregnancy.
