Class Overview

A circuit based workout that utilizes heavy weights in timed intervals, along with low impact intervals of high-intensity through resistance and plyometric movements, with short recovery periods. This class is designed to build strength, endurance and athleticism. Class is modifiable to all levels, and is safe for injuries and pregnancy.
