Prepare for a fun and engaging class where modifications are introduced at the start. Experience a beat-driven, dance-inspired workout designed to flow seamlessly, creating a continuous dance-like experience. Throughout the session, you’ll alternate between on and off the trampoline, engaging in low-impact cardio bursts. The maximum consecutive time on the trampoline is capped at 10 minutes. This class really utilizes the trampoline—expect planks, core exercises, and standing thigh and seat work.
