POM is a 45-minute dance cardio class created by a former NFL Patriots Cheerleader—designed for anyone who ever loved cheering on the sidelines, dancing at pep rallies, or just moving with confidence and team spirit. You’ll use pink and purple pom poms to bring choreographed routines to life in a high-energy, confidence-boosting environment. How It Works: Dynamic Choreography: Engage in high-energy routines with pink and purple pom poms that build your coordination and rhythm. Supportive Squad Circle: Begin and end each class in a circle, fostering a strong sense of community and encouragement.
