Class Overview

Our signature Rush Ride starts out with a warm up song right into a mix of jogs, sprints, and hills with choreography mixed in, all guided by our incredible instructors! We wrap it up with a song for arms with light weights and sprint it home into our cool down for 45 minutes of tuning out the world, turning down the lights, and turning up the music!

  • Please arrive 20 minutes early for your first class
  • Keiser bikes are compatible with SPD-cleated shoes (bring your own or rent from the studio)
  • Bring a water bottle or there is water available for purchase
  • Wear moisture-wicking exercise apparel

You will feel right at home when you step foot into Rush Cycle's Hudson studio.
