Class Overview

STRENGTH is a traditional strength training workout led by Coaches in a brand new functional training facility. Expect longer working sets with more rest time to allow you to lift heavier and maintain proper form. Coaches will push you past your comfort zone in a safe manner that is accessible to all fitness levels. Workouts are organized into pods/stations, and exercise demo videos are displayed on screens throughout the room.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class to get set up.
  • RIDE classes: bikes require shoes with cycling cleats (SPD or Delta). Shoes available to rent for $3 (free for your first ride!)
  • STRENGTH/HYBRID classes: wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers (towels and all equipment provided).
  • YOGA (FLOW and RESTORE): bring your own mat. Mats available to rent for $3 (free your first class!). Blocks, straps, and blankets provided.
  • The studio does not accept cash and does not have cash/change on hand.
