Class Overview

The DUAL is SOCiETY's signature combination class: 30 minutes on the bike. 30 minutes in the strength room. You will start on the bike and then have a 5-minute transition to move into the strength room for the final 30 minutes. The 30 mins in the spin studio will be fast and fun. The 30 minutes in the strength room will be a 30 minute version respective of that day's designated workout. Booking this class secures your spot in both sessions. This class gives you everything you need to start your day! Have Fun!

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class to get set up.
  • RIDE classes: bikes require shoes with cycling cleats (SPD or Delta). Shoes available to rent for $3 (free for your first ride!)
  • STRENGTH/HYBRID classes: wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers (towels and all equipment provided).
  • YOGA (FLOW and RESTORE): bring your own mat. Mats available to rent for $3 (free your first class!). Blocks, straps, and blankets provided.
  • The studio does not accept cash and does not have cash/change on hand.
