Class Overview

Want a good stretch, but not ready for Yin? Want a softer, slower approach to your body and practice? Rest & Reset: Deep Stretch offers a calm space to let go of tension and stress, to experience a sense of grounding and centeredness. How is this different from Rest & Reset: Yin Yoga? In Rest & Reset: Yin Yoga, poses are held for 3-5 minutes. Rest & Reset: Deep Stretch similarly targets the primary muscle groups of the hips, legs and spine and with most poses being done on the floor. However, in this class, poses are held for 1-3 minutes. In both cases, holding poses for longer periods of time allows our body the time it needs to fully relax and open. This class is designed for those who need to slow down, hit pause and find space to relax. It's a great class for all yogis looking to unplug and focus on the breath and space within. Beginners, athletes and older populations may especially love this class!
