Class Overview

Add a little cardio to your day. Jumpboard will be used in the class as well as other reformer moves and sequences.   Must have 10 prior Reformer 1 or Introduction Privates to continue this class. Not recommended for those 20+ weeks pregnant.   Jumpboard provides increased endurance and muscle strength, helps in the rehabilitation process and improves motor coordination and balance. One of the Pilates jumpboard benefits is the facility of jumping exercises and “pushing” movements.
