A 50 minute, full body High Intensity Interval Training experience. You'll rotate between multiple strength/conditioning stations, use different equipment and focus on different muscle groups at each station.

  • Free parking is available behind the building, across the street, and on the street
  • Arrive 10 mins early for class. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show, which will incur a $10 fee
