Class Overview

This class focuses on extensive full body stretch for all major muscle groups. Lengthen and relax short, tight muscles in order to release tension, increase range of motion and improve blood circulation.   With all of our movement, it's so important to take time to recover! Let's do it! (Trust us, we said that as calmly as our excitement would let us).

  • Free parking is available behind the building, across the street, and on the street
  • Arrive 10 mins early for class. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show, which will incur a $10 fee
