Step inside to rebalance, breathe, and focus for 60 minutes: 50 minutes of yoga and 10 minutes of meditation. Bring your yoga mat. This is a barefoot class. All levels welcome.

  • Free parking is available behind the building, across the street, and on the street
  • Arrive 10 mins early for class. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show, which will incur a $10 fee
