Class Overview

Have you been doing aerial for some time but not getting stronger? At some point building strength and muscle must be intentional. This class provides a structured strength building workout and the information you need to break through plateaus and take your training to the next level. Each class we will discuss the proper form and technique for the exercises used, the best progressions for each exercise, how many sets and repetitions should be performed for maximum benefit followed with a guided full body strength training workout with a certified personal trainer on hand for on the spot coaching. The goal of this class is to provide as many benefits of hiring a personal trainer as possible without the cost of one on one training sessions. Bio: Jeremy has had a lifelong love of fitness but it wasn't until he was entering his thirties that he discovered the world of the aerial arts. He was on a cruise with his wife when they saw a partner acrobatics duo on our for the first time. On the drive home they immediately signed up for every class possible. Now Jeremy focuses on duo trapeze and partner acrobatics with his wife, aerial straps, and is an aspiring juggler.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

The Bloom Movement Artistry studio is dedicated to fostering a passion for the movement arts in a variety of disciplines including aerial classes, dance classes, fire workshops, circus workshops and more. It is our hope that you will find a home and a sense of community with us as either a beginner or a veteran. In a space that puts a priority on safety while still encouraging the idea of play, we are dedicated to creating a safe learning environment for students of all levels to learn and explore.
