Know before you go

  • Once you enter the building, take the stairs (to the right) or elevator (straight ahead and then to the right) to the 2nd floor (Suite 203)
  • Please bring a yoga mat (mats available to rent)
  • Please wear flexible, breathable attire that allows for easy movement and doesn't restrict your range of motion
  • Please bring a water bottle and a small towel 
  • Props are available for your use, but you are welcome to bring your own
