Class Overview

B3 Strength (45 minutes) is the latest in our collection of workouts and classes designed to complement your barre3 Signature workout. Our B3 Strength workout is designed to build strength in mind and body by moving slowly and with intention. Our expert instructors will guide you on proper technique and body alignment while using heavier weights and resistance bands. Due to the nature of setup for our extension classes, we do not allow late entry in to B3 Strength or B3 Cardio.

Know before you go

  • No experience required; instructors offer modifications throughout class.
  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Most clients go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks.
  • Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated. Mats and props are provided.
  • New clients should arrive 15 minutes early.
