Class Overview

Looking to "go the distance"? Longer intervals of combined cardio and moderate weight strength movements keep a steady elevated heart rate throughout the entire class, enabling you to increase your endurance over time. If you have a big endurance event you are training for, or just want to increase your stamina, then this is the class for you.   Programming Tip: Don't forget your strength training. When training for a big race, lower body, and posterior core strength are essential. Make sure to sign up for  Strength-Back/Glutes/Hams at least once a week to strengthen larger muscle groups and help prevent injury.
