Class Overview

It's widely recognized that strength should form the basis of any fitness regime. To achieve strength gains, consistent increases in load over time, known as progressive overload, are required. Our strength classes are designed to focus on gradually increasing weight, form, and sufficient rest. Here's a programming tip: If you want a comprehensive lifting package, aim to do three lifts every week. Our full training strength program includes Shoulders-Arms-Core, Chest - Quads, and Back-Glute-Hamstrings.
