Class Overview

A high-intensity, weight centered class targeting muscle groups in the upper body including arms, shoulders, chest, back, and abdominals. This trainer led class incorporates different weights (including dumbbells, kettles, bars, ropes, and more), body weight movements, and minimal cardio. With guided form instruction, expect to ignite your arms and core, sweat to the beat of great tunes, and leave feeling accomplished after this SWEAT class!
