Class Overview

50-minute strength and conditioning class focused on total body movements with an emphasis on speed, agility and quickness. Class is comprised of 3 intervals: cardio (assault bikes and treadmills), strength training (dumbbell and kettlebell work) and fieldwork (includes agility, body weight and mobility exercises).

Know before you go

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes before class to meet the instructor and get a brief rundown on the studio.
  • Wear lightweight clothing and bring tennis shoes and a water bottle. Sweat towels and a filtered water station are available.
  • Paid parking is available in front of the studio on Division Street (street parking is free before 8AM and all day Sundays). Neighborhood parking (south of Division Street) is also free. During evening hours, parking can be difficult to find so please plan accordingly!
