Class Overview

This hybrid class combines interval running with the Lagree method. You will spend half the time doing strength-building and toning exercises on the Megaformer machine and the other half running in intervals on a curved treadmill. This class is designed to help you build lean, toned muscle and burn a ton of calories in one intense, 45 minute session.   Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class. Running shoes and grip socks required. Grip socks are for sale at the front desk.

Know before you go

  • PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS
  • The machines are pretty fancy - arriving early for your first class will allow the instructor to show you how to use them safely
  • Socks are required while using the megaformers (Grip socks are highly recommended and available for purchase for $14)
  • If you are signed up for a CardioResistance class, please bring running shoes
