This is a 45 minute full body class utilizing the Lagree Method on the Megaformer machine. This is a low impact, high intensity workout that strengthens and tones all major muscle groups.

Know before you go

  • PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS
  • The machines are pretty fancy - arriving early for your first class will allow the instructor to show you how to use them safely
  • Socks are required while using the megaformers (Grip socks are highly recommended and available for purchase for $14)
  • If you are signed up for a CardioResistance class, please bring running shoes
