Class Overview

Strength and Conditioning has its roots in the classic sports performance model utilized by college and pro teams. This is an intense upper body lifting session (30min) followed immediately by conditioning (30min) - including sprint work, speed/agility/quickness, and cardio circuits. The first half of the class will leave your muscles fatigued, the second half will have your heart racing. Unlimited members can decide to show up for only the first half or second half of class if they are just looking for a quick burn.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Chicago Strength has been on the forefront of both CrossFit and HIIT-style training for the past decade plus. Classes take place in a 7,000-square-foott studio and involve strength training including barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells, with conditioning work including air runners, assault bikes, rowers, ski-ergs, and sleds. Be ready to work!
