STUDIO OVERVIEW

Heat 3.0 has a spa-like reception area with personable staff, luxury amenities, locker rooms, and an infrared sauna.  The studios have different environments, including a calming space for barre, stretch, and yoga classes, and a more intensive area for Pilates reformer classes.  Expert instructors are available to assist guests in achieving their fitness goals.
