Class Overview

Using Pilates principles, Hot Pilates is a low-impact, high intensity, interval full body workout. It is performed on a yoga mat, all body weight in a room heated to 85-90 degrees. This class burns fat, improves cardiovascular health, increases flexibility, creates long, lean mus­cle mass all while moving and grooving to upbeat music!
