STUDIO OVERVIEW

Chicago Strength has been on the forefront of both CrossFit and HIIT-style training for the past decade plus. Classes take place in a 7,000-square-foot studio and involve strength training including barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells, with conditioning work including air runners, assault bikes, rowers, ski-ergs, and sleds. Be ready to work!
