Know before you go

  • Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your first class
  • Wear
    • Rev (cycle) - Cycle shoes with SPD clips (rentals available for $3) - fitted pants/leggings or shorts are best (avoid flared/loose pants)
    • Bounce (trampoline) - Regular gym shoes + clothing you feel good moving, stretching and bouncing in
    • Body (barre) - Grippy socks (available for purchase) + clothing you feel good moving, stretching and bending in
  • Mats and all equipment provided
  • Fresh, RO filtered water and cups are available
  • Instructors will challenge you through the work to become stronger, but please always listen to your body

STUDIO OVERVIEW

DEFINE Oakley is a boutique group fitness studio with multiple class methods: Body (barre), Rev (cycle), Bounce (trampoline) & Combo 30:30 (Cycle:Barre).  Their classes support not only strong bodies, but strong minds to help you feel your best.  The studio is conveniently located in the center of Oakley Square, next to Deweys Pizzeria and Rooted Juicery.
