Class Overview

A perfectly balanced class of strength and flexibility. This empowering and results focused class combines Pilates, yoga, ballet, and core strengthening to target all the major muscle groups. We isolate and tone the arms, legs, glutes, and abdominals by using a ball, barre, strap, mat, and small hand weights. Our supportive instructors focus on proper alignment and form to help each of our clients look and feel their best.   For this class you will wear grippy socks & whatever clothing you feel good moving, stretching and bending in. *if you do not have grippy socks we sell them in the studio

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your first class
  • Wear
    • Rev (cycle) - Cycle shoes with SPD clips (rentals available for $3) - fitted pants/leggings or shorts are best (avoid flared/loose pants)
    • Bounce (trampoline) - Regular gym shoes + clothing you feel good moving, stretching and bouncing in
    • Body (barre) - Grippy socks (available for purchase) + clothing you feel good moving, stretching and bending in
  • Mats and all equipment provided
  • Fresh, RO filtered water and cups are available
  • Instructors will challenge you through the work to become stronger, but please always listen to your body

DEFINE Oakley is a boutique group fitness studio with multiple class methods: Body (barre), Rev (cycle), Bounce (trampoline) & Combo 30:30 (Cycle:Barre).  Their classes support not only strong bodies, but strong minds to help you feel your best.  The studio is conveniently located in the center of Oakley Square, next to Deweys Pizzeria and Rooted Juicery.
