Join us in studio for a 45 minute b3 Mindful Flow class. b3 Mindful Flow is designed to improve joint range of motion, flexibility, and muscle tightness through a series of breath driven, full body flows combined with restorative stretching. This deep dive into mindfulness, mobility, and active recovery will leave you feeling grounded and calm. Yoga mats and blocks are provided in the studio.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class to complete new client paperwork, get set up in the studio, and meet your instructor
  • Wear what you are most comfortable moving in (most of our clients wear leggings and tank tops
  • Workout either in bare feet or grip socks
  • Please bring a bottle of water
  • All of the props you'll need throughout class are provided
