This is our CrossFit class where all our levels come to have a blast and get functional! The general class setup is: Mobility, warm up, skill, strength and workout. Check your ego and don't be afraid because nobody is perfect and everyone is capable. All our trainers are here leading these classes because they care about you and want to help you. We all do it in our own way but know that we give you the specific feedback only to help you. Come in, have fun, listen to the trainer and make adjustments because that is how you continue to get better. Communicate with us so we can do our best to help you be your best.
