Class Overview

Designed to complement your barre3 Signature practice, b3 Strength Training uses heavier weights (5-15 pounds) and resistance bands, with our expert instructors there to guide you every step of the way on proper lifting technique and body alignment. The workout focuses on slow, intentional movement to help you move safely with heavier weights. Although you won’t find a cardio burst like in our barre3 Signature workout, you can still expect your heart rate to increase and to break a sweat.

  • No props are required for class
  • Please bring a water bottle and grip socks if you prefer to wear them instead of bare feet (available for purchase at the studio)

barre3 is a mind-body workout that combines cardio, strength training, and mindfulness.  They offer 45 and 60-minute classes, as well as three types of classes; signature, strength, and cardio.  barre3 is for everyone, and they can't wait to see you in their studio soon!
