Class Overview

HIITyasa is an intense workout in infrared heat combining strength training, anaerobic cardio burst (HIIT), and dynamic functional movement and power vinyasa yoga. The most challenging workout designed to press your mental and physical limits. The strength training, anaerobic cardio, and infrared heat, delivers a 3-fold after-burn affect that will leave you burning calories up to 24hrs after class is over. It is a complete mind body experience.
