Class Overview

An active recovery class consisting of gentle stretching, breath exercises and rest. Stretches progress from mild movements to long holds, releasing tension. Pranayama, yogic breathing, centers the mind. A long savasana provides time for deep relaxation, reclined in the hammock or on the mat.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first visit (doors locked at class start time, LATE ENTRY IS NOT PERMITTED)
  • Parking entrance is on Davis St between Zang & Madison. Look for 'Retail VP Parking' sign. The inside wall of the garage is painted teal. Park near G1 Elevator 3 and usethat elevator to get back to street level. Take a left when you leave the elevator and look for the blue studio
  • Bring a water bottle, filtered refilling station available
  • Mats provided, no need to bring your own
  • Wear close-fitting apparel (loose fabric will get in the way)
    • No shoes, socks, jewelry or watches
    • Leggings and full coverage tops recommended (no shorts or crop tops), to prevent rope burns
