Class Overview

Booty Camp is a heart pumping, calorie torching class that focuses on the large muscle groups of the lower body. By combining cardiovascular, strength, mobility and stability training, participants can expect a challenging workout in an “uplifting” 🍑 high energy environment. Come join our MVP Fitfam to lift your booty and love your body. *No weight training experience is required. Proper technique will be taught and be a major in class focus.
