Class Overview

Our signature offering for all levels, this HIIT style class increases your cardio endurance and strength through 8 to 12 total body circuits. Command the kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, weights, ropes and much more, getting a full-body workout in a creative and fun ‘Playground’ environment. Expect to burn 400-800+ calories in our mega-popular HIIT/High-Intensity Interval Training style class that is anything but routine!   MINT[select] classes have an 8-hour cancellation window for MINT members, meaning you may cancel without a late cancellation charge up to 8 hours prior to the start of the class. ClassPass and other types of registrations must adhere to the cancellation policies of the company through which the class was booked (typically 12+ hours).

  • Please arrive to class on time or a few minutes early. Members who arrive late to a scheduled class may not be permitted to join the class. 
  • Use of cell phones or cameras of any type is strictly prohibited in the locker room.
  • All lockers are equipped with personal keyless locks.
