Class Overview

All levels welcome! Combines high-intensity Rowing on our Concept 2 Rowers countered with strength + conditioning + core exercises, resulting in the perfect balance of cardio and full-body strength training. Rowing incorporates the entire body, offering an extremely effective and balanced workout with no impact.   MINT[select] classes have an 8-hour cancellation window for MINT members, meaning you may cancel without a late cancellation charge up to 8 hours prior to the start of the class. ClassPass and other types of registrations must adhere to the cancellation policies of the company through which the class was booked (typically 12+ hours). Class no-show fee is $13, which includes late arrivals and cancellations <5 min prior to class start time. Please try to notify us if your schedule changes so we can alert our instructors and make room for additional guests. When reserving a class spot for a non-member buddy, in instances when your buddy is unable to book directly book yourself twice (note: computer only, cannot be double booked via MINT app). You are responsible for both your and your buddy’s reservations per standard policies.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive to class on time or a few minutes early. Members who arrive late to a scheduled class may not be permitted to join the class. 
  • Use of cell phones or cameras of any type is strictly prohibited in the locker room.
  • All lockers are equipped with personal keyless locks.
