Class Overview

Build your body from the inside out! This class will balance strength and flexibility in the muscles around the joints. Improve core stability, coordination, breath control, alignment, and overall physical performance. Tone your local stabilizers and global mobilizers to increase function and reduce the chance of injury. The class will leave you feeling stronger, taller and more relaxed. This is a gentle class that is appropriate for all fitness levels.   MINT[SELECT] classes have an 8-hour cancellation window for MINT members, meaning you may cancel without a late cancellation charge up to 8 hours prior to the start of the class. ClassPass and other types of registrations must adhere to the cancellation policies of the company through which the class was booked (typically 12+ hours).
