Class Overview

POWER FLEX BUILDMINT’s signature Strength Training class for all levels with a focus on Compound, Total Body Movements. Flex your way to lean muscle mass gains in this anaerobic class through circuits using a mix of adjustable barbells, odd objects like SandBags & Tractor Tires, TRX, dumbbells, and good old-fashioned body weight exercises in a fun and challenging environment.

  • Please arrive to class on time or a few minutes early. Members who arrive late to a scheduled class may not be permitted to join the class. 
  • Use of cell phones or cameras of any type is strictly prohibited in the locker room.
  • All lockers are equipped with personal keyless locks.
