Class Overview

Energizing and fun, our B3 Cardio (45 minutes) extension class is a full-body workout designed to complement your existing barre3 Signature practice.   B3 Cardio is mood-boosting, builds aerobic fitness, and increases stamina —and it’s SO much fun. With options to modify throughout, this efficient, circuit-based class will focus on breath and body alignment as we rev the heart rate through large-range functional movements to suit all fitness levels. This is not just a cardio class. Backed by science and research, this is cardio from the barre3 that you trust.   Please arrive early or on-time, as a proper setup and warmup is crucial in this extension class.

Know before you go

  • Studio is located on the ground floor of the luxury Station House Residences at the corner of 2nd Street and G Street, NE with street access from the 2nd Street entrance
  • Neighborhood street parking available as well as several nearby parking garages and easy access from the Union Station Metro stop and bus
  • Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle
  • New clients should arrive 15 minutes early
