Class Overview

Our Yoga Flow Group Reformer classes are 50-minute classes that incorporate the Pilates reformer as well as draw from various schools of yoga to give you the best of both worlds. This class incorporates yoga exercises and Pilates to provide both physical and mental benefits, build core strength, and improve concentration and mindfulness. Open to all levels, but prior Pilates (either mat or reformer) experience recommended.

  • Arrive on time, you may not be admitted if you arrive 5 minutes late
  • MetCon and Tread & Shred classes require rubber soled athletic shoes
  • Pilates Reformer is done either with bare feet or grippy socks (available for purchase on site)
