Class Overview

In this 45-minute gentle chair yoga class, Stephanie will guide you through a series of seated and standing chair yoga poses, adaptable for all bodies. Join her for this enlightening and beneficial class. Stephanie Jette is a 200-RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) who has been teaching chair yoga for two years. She loves bringing breath to functional movement in Chair Yoga and to making the practice accessible to everyone.Stephanie holds additional certifications in Active Aging Yoga and Yoga for the Back. She is also a cancer exercise specialist.
