This practice encourages you to release your tense muscles, tendons and connective tissues through a series of static stretching postures and breathing exercises. While it’s not as intense as Yin yoga and it’s not quite as restful as Restorative yoga, for many people, this practice is their weekly ritual and it’s like their “Goldilocks” practice. If you’re new to yoga, getting back to yoga, new to fitness, coming off an injury, are a veteran athlete looking to pamper yourself, or you just want to feel good again, you belong here.
