Class Overview

Start your day with a mid-week intention to pause, re-charge, and re-calibrate. We will infuse Yin style Yoga to explore the edges and sensations where resistance arises, and learn the appropriate depth for you in each posture.Special attention is given to connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints, cartilage and bones, as all tissues need exercise to maintain optimal health. To safely exercise the deeper yin tissues, we apply a certain amount of force by holding positions (3-5 minutes) in seated, supine and prone postures, allowing time to melt away stress as you increase circulation to your joints and improve flexibility.This class is designed to target those places in your body that may need a little extra space, to ease tension, and to calm your mind. Know before you go

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit.
  • Please bring your own mat and towel if you have one. Mats are available for rent for $1.
  • There is a large bathroom if you need to change at the studio.
