Class Overview

Our Pilates Group Reformer classes are 50-minute conditioning-based, full-body workouts using a wide-range of spring resistance equipment (reformer, chair, springboard), as well as weights, bands & other props. Our Level 1.0 class is a slower paced version of the Level 1.5 class designed to help those brand new to Reformer acclimate to the equipment, as well as build the strength and stability to safely transition to the Level 1.5.   Excellent for beginners, those wanting to work on their Pilates foundation, or for those who might need a slower pace for injury rehabilitation. We recommend approximately 3-5 Level 1.0 classes prior to joining our Mixed Level 1.5 classes if you are new to Pilates or are looking for a refresher program.

Know before you go

  • Arrive on time, you may not be admitted if you arrive 5 minutes late
  • MetCon and Tread & Shred classes require rubber soled athletic shoes
  • Pilates Reformer is done either with bare feet or grippy socks (available for purchase on site)
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class and email achieve@reformationfitness.com with any questions
