Class Overview

Our signature Tread & Shred is truly a complete cardio & conditioning class! Alternating between sprints & inclines on a treadmill with body & weighted exercises on the floor, not only will you drastically improve cardio output, but you'll also tone, condition & challenge your entire body from head to toes. If you're seriously looking to amp up your fitness routine, our sweat-driven Tread & Shred class will not disappoint! All fitness and skill levels welcome.

  • MetCon and Tread & Shred classes require rubber soled athletic shoes
  • Pilates Reformer is done either with bare feet or grippy socks (available for purchase on site)
